Yvette Tarrant experienced overwhelming heartache and despair with the loss of her husband to cancer, just 18 months after he was diagnosed. When her robust and fit husband of 23 years so quickly passed away, her life was left in emotional chaos. In her mid forties, and with two teenage daughters to support and care for, Yvette had so much living still to do. She knew that society’s expectations on a grieving widow were not for her. She was determined to find a path through her grief, to redesign herself. And she did just that. She created a vision of the future, rather than living in memories of the past. Yvette has been able to move forward wiser and more fulfilled. Her sense of empowerment is the result of Yvette using her pain as a catalyst to grow, transform and evolve. Yvette Tarrant reprogrammed her mind, reclaimed her personal power and redesigned herself beyond her circumstances.
